Outside Reading Card: A Walk to Remember

Grading Assessment: 4

This was an Outside Reading Card that I was very confident in making. The conflict and resolution portrays what the story is all about. The quote symbolizes the whole moral of the story which is not only about a love a couple share with each other & how strong their bond holds, no matter what obstacles come their way and no matter what happens to one of them, because they know that love will always bring them together. The graphics I chose easily stand and speak out. By the look of it, you could easily tell what it's about.

Outside Reading Card: The Last Song

Grading Assessment: 4

My quote captures the whole main point of the story & the pictures will help give the reader a better understanding of what the book is all about. My conflict and resolution gives a hint of what the moral of the story is. It shows a thorough & simple understanding for the reader. My graphics give visual images that will help the audience make an assumption of what the book could be about.

Outside Reading Card: Ilustrado by Miguel Syjuco

Self Assessment: 3 I've put everything I needed to put on my card, the conflict/resolution & the quote. You should be able to understand everything & it makes a lot of sense. I could have fixed the color of the text a bit to make it more visible. All in all, I think I did a good job & I'm pretty proud of what I did.
